  • Group Size & Private Bookings: Private tours (City Tours, Private Safari, etc.) are valid for the maximum number of persons listed in each package (example: 1–6 pax). Additional guests beyond the listed capacity must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  • • 48 hours or more before tour: Full refund minus any card or bank charges.
  • • 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund.
  • • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour start time without penalty (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee or be allowed only under exceptional circumstances (such as weather issues).
  • Health & Safety Requirements: Guests must meet any health and safety requirements listed on the tour page. Pregnant guests or those with heart conditions, injuries, or similar concerns should inform us before booking. Children under 3 years old must use a child safety seat (please request in advance). In case of major changes (cancellation or significant route changes), you will be notified and offered a full refund or an alternative date.
